Who is this site for?
Hopefully, you. This site is for the retired fighter pilot who wants an exact replica of his plane. It's for the proud owner of a super bike who wants a replica of his bike. It's for the inventor who wants a prototype. Maybe you are working on a restoration project and the part you need is no longer made or available; I can either make a new one or repair the damaged one. This site is for anyone who needs something special. From building your radio controlled airplane to making adaptive devices for your disabled loved one, I can help.
My shop
At the moment I have the tools and abilities to create with composite materials (carbon fiber, kevlar, E-glass, etc.), vacuum forming plastics, machining, welding, wood, painting, electronic circuitry, drafting (hand drawing and computer aided), and an area just for plastic modeling. Hopefully in the near future, I will acquire the tooling to do plastic injection, electro-plating, powder coating, sand casting and CNC machining. If needed though, these processes can be 'farmed-out'.
About me
I have been building models for over 20 years and for the past 18+ years I have been (and still am) a professional aircraft technician. I love working with my hands and creating anything. No matter how big or how small, let me know what you need. If it's beyond my means, I'll tell you; if it isn't, I'm sure we can work out a deal.
